One of Ken’s greatest joys in life is found in empowering others. In over 25 years of leadership experience in educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and the local church, he has helped all kinds of people and groups experience breakthrough. It has been incredibly rewarding for him to see young leaders awaken to their God-given calling, experienced leaders navigate transitions and find renewed clarity and focus, teenagers regain their confidence, creatives discover their unique contribution, pioneering leaders commit to better soul care, and ordinary people realize their extraordinary potential.
Life is a journey, and it is a story. Joy can be found in the journey, and significance can emerge from the story. Ken loves walking with others in their story, listening and exploring, drawing out what God has put within, and encouraging them to take actions that will catalyze personal transformation.
His coaching has been uniquely seasoned over the years by his experience in:
-Church planting (two years)
-Non-profit leadership and management (7 years)
-Pastoral ministry and Congregational leadership (local church- 18 years)
-Post-graduate studies (D.Min, Fuller Theological Seminary)
-Coaching and mentoring young leaders
-Coaching leadership transitions
-Coaching certification with the International Coaching Federation, Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
-Being a tennis dad to three kids who love the game
If you are in need of a fellow sojourner whose only goal is to empower you to live out the best version of yourself and maximize your God-given potential, Ken would love to serve in that capacity.
